On 2nd October 2016, with her solo program at the Embassy of Latgale GORS performed Kristīne Opolais – one of the new stars of the world stage of opera. Her career has been developing in a giddy speed. Kristīne Opolais regularly performs on stages of the most prestigious opera houses of the world. She also collaborates with world famous conductors.
Opera singer was born in 1979, in Latvia, Rezekne. She has studied at Jazeps Vitols Latvian Academy of Music, following which, she developed her professional skills in Amsterdam – under the lead of Margaret Honig.
